Ground Force Training with Force Pedal protocol Session
Go through a footwork specific golf protocol utilizing our Force Pedal training aids to add attention to how and where you should be loading your feet during the golf swing. Session will start with a dynamic warm up followed by 2 rotations of the Force Pedal protocol. Recommended to bring your 7 or 8 iron with the training.
Grip Strength Specific Training Session
Do you notice a lack of grip strength in your golf game or in everyday life? Research shows that having stronger overall grip strength allows you to reach higher peaks in your clubhead speed and club delivery. You will utilize our Superspeed Squeeze training aid as well as kettlebells to increase overall grip strength for enhanced club control.
