Foundation Series
A must-do for all golfers, regardless of age or skill level. Reset your body and overall posture with our Golf Foundation Series. Focuses are on creating more stability and control of the pelvis/hips and core unit. This series of 3 will cover re-establishing your lower body stability, increasing your core strength, and allowing your body and posture to be set up for success as it pertains to the game of golf.
→ After the student has completed the Foundation Series and has established proper pelvis & core stability, we can follow up with Mobility Series
Mobility Series
Designed for golfers looking to increase their mobility and flexibility for both golf and for everyday life. Learn stretches and mobility routines to perform away from the course to start increasing your range of motion to help swing the golf club more efficiently. This series of 3 is perfect for anyone looking to increase their overall flexibility, to loosen up the body, and to improve their golf performance levels by finding symmetry in the body.
Dynamic Strength Series
Ensure you are getting the most out of your workouts and that you are training your body for golf-specific strength. This series of 3 will review correct core strengthening and lifting strategies for squatting, lunging, deadlifting, etc. Great for students who are currently in the gym working out and/or have workout history. Make sure you are building strength and stability tailored for golf and moving your body with purpose.
Explosive Rotation & Speed Series
Start moving your body with more speed and explosiveness to reach faster clubhead speeds. This series of 3 will cover dynamic and explosive exercises such as jumping, lateral explosiveness, and fast twitch exercises to increase your ability to move the clubhead faster and increase overall distance.
Balance & Longevity Series (designed for Senior Golfer)
As we age we tend to lose some of our ability to rotate and to create speed. This can be due to underactive core and glute muscle groups that occur with aging. This series of 3 will review basic lower body strengthening exercises, core and proprioception drills, and balance progression exercises to perform safely at home.
Junior Athletic Development series
Golfers are athletes! One of the best ways for your Junior golfer to improve their golf game is to have more body awareness and athleticism as they move. Just like learning proper grip, posture, and alignment, it is vital that juniors learn how to move and control their bodies as they grow and mature. This series of 3 will educate your junior to understand proper movement, develop functional strength and help with injury prevention as they pursue the game of golf.
Advanced Strength High School/Collegiate Prep training
Designed for high school students about to make the jump into college or working out on their own, this series of 3 will educate your golfer on how to correctly use and stabilize their bodies for gym workouts and dynamic training. As strength and distance continues to show its benefits in golf, collegiate golfers will partake in team strength training. Learn correct form and movement patterns before you get to college/team practices so you can hit the ground running and have confidence to get stronger.
Golf Skill Specific series
Advanced training series looking at student-specific needs pertaining to their golf swings. In this series of 3, we will address specific needs requested from their golf instructor to help clean up positions and movement patterns during the golf swing. Great for any elite golfer looking to improve their skill sets for tournament play and to build an athletic lifestyle.
