Beginner Series – Four 90 Minute Sessions
The beginner clinic series is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to Golf for those new to the game. The series covers the fundamentals and mechanics of ball striking, as well as the short game essentials (Putting, Chipping, Pitching)
Short Game Series – Four 90 Minute Sessions
(Recommended for Intermediate to Advanced Players)
The Short Game Clinic Series is designed to enhance your scoring skills inside of 50 yards. In each of the 4 sessions – Putting, Chipping, Pitching, Bunker Play – you will learn techniques that are efficient, forgiving, and have solid systems of distance control.
Speed Series – Six 60 minute Sessions
The Speed Clinic Series is a six-session training program designed to increase your clubhead speed and distance. Utilizing the concept Participants average a 5% gain in driver clubhead speed with a 6 week training program. Some participants see up to 10% gain in clubhead speed. Statistics tell us the further you hit the ball, the lower you are going to shoot. The clinic will be led by Golf Fitness Professional and SuperSpeed Level 3 certified Instructor, Matt McKay.
Full Swing Boot Camps – 3 Hours Session
Full Swing Boot Camps are immersive game experiences focusing on the most important moment in any golf swing – Impact. Learn the fundamentals of a good impact position as well as the drill rotations to train getting into a good impact position every time.
