Once you have chosen a program your coach will establish you on the platform.
You will then receive an invitation to the training space. Click on “Sign Up and Join”.
Complete the registration.
From there you can download the Coach Now App, sign in and begin your interaction.
Your coach will walk you through functionality of the app.
